We are working closely with a Middle East Contractor on one of the largest projects in Abu Dhabi. This exciting and challenging Multi Billion Dollar Project in the UAE capital city of Abu Dhabi is to construct the Cultural District for the region. The Project duration is in excess of 20 years, and will be one of the flagship construction projects in the UAE.

 

 

Our Client is looking for someone who is highly analytical, with a background in estimating & cost analysis, conducting feasibility reports using in-house & 3rd party data, cost checking, creating a database to produce a standardized format for the data, drawing comparisons from historical & current data to make projections for future projects. 

 

This role with have 2 direct reports, a Conceptual Estimator and a QS.

 

 

Degree Educated, preferably with a professional membership as well, strong tenure with blue chip companies, preferably experience on projects/with companies of a similar nature to our client.

 

 

Salary in the range of AED55-65K total package.
